…what a pause can do…

this is what happens when an hectic life dedicated to high-end fashion is suddenly slowed down due to a global pandemic: my creativity combined with the need to stay busy and missing human contact generated something full of energy, colorful and sustainable craft…

who I am

I have been working in luxury fashion for almost 20 years for companies like Burberry, Gucci and Alexander McQueen to Monique Lhuillier at present. Reinventing a new, slowed down normalcy allowed me to combine my love for color with a greater need for sustainability, and expressing it all through another one of my passions: embroideries.

It all started the minute I was told to temporarely stay home and stop doing everything I would normally do: a real pause like I haven’t never had since my first year working. the urge of feeling busy and the distance to my dearest people have soon made me start a project called ‘Familiar Faces’ : the portrait  of some of my dearest friends and family and even myself interestingly gave a sense of company. I was hooked!

my mission

My love for art and Home Decor items, like cushions and chairs, has become a focus since the beginning of 2020: envisioning a serene, colorful and eye pleasing home environment allowed me to develop a collection of hand-embroidered accents cushions in a variety of beautiful sustainable fabrics and supporting Los Angeles local manufacturing.

moreover the offering of embroidered vintage and second-hand clothing, such as sweaters and hoodies, are a natural approach to lengthen garments life and reduce waste.

…enjoy.
